ordering process

Contact will be preferably stablished via Twitter Direct Message, but it's also possible to contact me via tumblr, pixiv or email. by clicking the respective buttons on this site.Before ordering ; if you are unsure that I can draw what you'd like, ask me beforehand, specially for the terms specified in the "what i draw" section, as i may have different limits in those cases and my area of expertise will be lower.references ; please make sure to provide appropiate references for the character. Pose references are greatly appreciated, but optional. If i don't get a clear pose / action indication i will leave it to my own discretion, so if you have very specific expectations, please provide both.for sketch commissions ; full payment required before starting the commission, due it's simplicity.  There will be no previews for this kind of commission so please be specific with your pose and references if you need be.  After the commission and cost are agreed upon and references are sent, I will be providing my Paypal address.  The sketching will start after i recieve the full corresponding amount.  The resulting sketch's size will be around 300 dpi 2080 x 2600 unless the client requests differently.  Sketch commissions can take up to a month to process depending on complexity and queue, since i do work a full time job.for illustration commissions ; coming soon...

payment

methods and currency ; Payment is via Paypal only in usd.  There is a window of time of three days to send in the payment after recieving my Paypal address. If the payment isn't recieved after three days, the commission will be cancelled.  No payment plans.about refunds ; commissions are non refundable unless i am unable to complete it for any external issue.

rights

you hold the rights to ; use the commissioned artwork for any non-commercial, personal use; including icons, banners, editing of the image, video thumbnails and physical prints or goods for your private use exclusively.  Resale and commercial use is prohibited without discussing it with me first, and may entail additional fees.  If you are unsure an use case of one of my artworks is commercial, please DM me beforehand and we can look into it.i hold the rights to ; use the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, upload it on social media and art sites (crediting the author of the design for original characters), unless the client explicitly expresses the want to stay anonymous or to keep the image private.  fan art commissions may be included in future prints or artbooks but not before contacting and having the full agreement of the client.Using any image i have created during and after the commission process for Ai or nft purposes is strictly prohibited.

revisions

for sketch commissions ; after sending the "final" sketch, revisions that do not alter more than 50% of the sketch are allowed free of charge if the client is dissatisfied with the result, unlimited. Further alterations (changing the entire pose, outfit...) will come with an additional fee.for illustration commissions ; coming soon...
